 I provide pre-purchase and pre-sale analysis of new and existing homes, townhouses, and commercial properties for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals. My inspections are based upon 40 years of home building and remodeling experience. I have conducted over 20,000 property and home inspections and evaluations.  As a licensed builder, I am up to date on all of the current building codes, safety requirements, and construction technologies.   My goal is to provide my inspection customers with complete information about the current condition of the property. A thorough foundation-to-roof evaluation of the structure and systems is conducted to identify all visible defects that may affect the value of the property. In my written report, I reference photos of existing conditions, recommended or necessary repairs, items that should be  replaced, and a low to high cost range for remediation of  those items. I also refer my inspection customers to other professionals who can assist in those repair or replacement items.   I am also  a certified well and septic inspector.   I look forward to telling you about my service and to answering your questions about my inspections.
